Very nice room cozy comfortable.. was very nice room
Gallo Center for the Arts is beautiful. Highly recommend hipster joint Churchkey for a meal when you're in the area; walking distance to the Gallo Center. Swing by Boomers for go-kart racing if you have a few extra minutes!

We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the attentive friendly staff. We purchased breakfast from a close by restaurant. It was tasty. We were very disappointed that the Gallo Center Symphony was cancelled because of the rain.

I could save the money by driving to Sacramento an easy ride, but I was after a Christmas party, I wanted some piece of mind, and the hotel gives you a sense of vacation. The hotel is renovated. The staff is friendly; they changed my room to not be on the side of the freeway. They are nice, warm, and welcoming people.

Thank you for taking care of My Uncle William White and my aunt Madeline as they traveled to attend a funeral on September 2, 2022. Your employees and establishment were highly spoken of and when I visit the area I will also stay at your establishment.

Came to Modesto for almond tree blossoms.
Came to Modesto for almond tree blossoms. Rural roads were congested and speeds were extreme particularly in the orchard areas. Downtown Modesto had little ambience; saw no examples of morning or lunch establishments.

The location was great.
The location was great. Restaurants were within walking distance. What was disappointing was the bathroom was not clean. You can smell the urine. It appeared clean, but the aroma of urine was disgusting.
I stayed here overnight while my spouse was hospitalized at Modesto Kaiser Hospital. The hotel is only 5 mins away by car and right off the freeway. The price was reasonable. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate with hot as well as cold items, including protein (egg and cheese omelette, sausage, Hard boiled eggs) not just breads and cereals. There are food options adjacent and lots of shopping a short distance away by car.
(Sarcasm) I liked how they advertise the room as $87 and then when you get there they tell you there’s a $300 deposit and it’s not one where they just keep your card number and if damages are done to the room they charge the $300, no they charge the $300 And say that though return it after your stay if the room is in the same condition. I loved it! Lol as soon as I said that we said heck no, and left
Updated flooring, comfortable bed, nice chair for sitting in addition to desk and desk chair. The office clerk was so sweet. The room was very clean. They're growing a garden where the pool used to be and it's very lovely. This is close to the Doctor's Medical Center in Modesto, which was good because we're visiting a patient
We slept in this hotel returning after one day at the Yosemite park being in the middle between the park and San Francisco. Classic motel rooms with everything you need, parking in place and clean enough. We liked it.
Also, one of the few places with breakfast included that was good enough from our point of view.
The staff are AMAZING!! They go above and beyond for their guests. I recommend them to anybody staying in Modesto. Their hotel may not be brand spanking new but they have pretty much everything needed for any length of stay.
The rooms were dirty there was no wifi and it seems like a destination for homeless and drug addicts I would not recommend this place to anybody.its a hotel that should be rented out by the hour
Absolutely nothing. This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in over 15 years. Absolutely nothing is redeeming about this hotel and booking.com should be ashamed to be affiliated with it
The room was comfortable as was the bed, and it was easy to find off the 99 freeway. It was also very quiet, as the hotel was less than half full even though it was a Friday night.
Victoria was very welcoming, answered all my questions, the room was clean and comfortable, location was perfect for my needs! Fresh coffee was brewed just as I was leaving!
I like the pricing and the front desk clerks who are very nice and so willing to help room is stocked up and clean nicely decorated and well maintained
