Reasonable rates, very clean and friendly helpful staff. Thanks again for making our 6th trip to Destin wonderful. Our church group makes this trip annually and have had no complaints. See you guys again next year.

Awesome place to stay!
I was very sceptical about this place because the reviews were horrible but for the price I was willing to take a chance, especially for New Years at the beach! I was not disappointed! The room was clean and very updated! We never once saw any kind of bugs like most of the reviews said. The only complaint was the location of our room being up above the laundry room so when they dryer was going the floor kind of vibrated, yet again the ONLY complaint! I will definitely come back here in the future!

Comfortable and Affordable!
Firstly, the location was excellent. Easy access to everything. The beds were extremely comfortable. My husband says his neck pains went away after sleeping on this mattress. Cleaning service was great! The staff was awesome. Best of all, 4 nights at this hotel was the SAME price as one night at a Fairfield Inn! Would definitely book again.
